This yin and meditation series will explore and welcome the emotions swirling within us without judgement. With loving awareness and attention to breath, this practice will lower the brainwave frequency into a space of ease and fluency.

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice with long holds to stretch the connective tissues and fascia in the body. It's a practice for all level of yogis.
