The practice of gratitude leads to feelings of appreciation, love, and forgiveness. In celebration of the Full Moon when the energy is potent and spring is near, we will meditate, journal, and create. It will be short, but sweetly empowering!

Visual artist and Yoga Teacher, Jenny has been teaching art and yoga for over 6 years. She currently resides in Rotterdam, Netherlands. She holds an MFA in Studio Art and Design and BA in Art History. The common thread in all of her creative endeavours is radical self-love, exploring practices that nourish the soul.
